5. Payments
5.1. The commission claimed by the user (referral commission or player’s rakeback) shall be paid no later than the thirtieth (30th) day of each month for the commission/bonus accrued during the immediately preceding calendar month.
5.2. All payments shall be made to the user in the agreed currency, using the agreed mean of payment. The default mean of payment is listed in the respective poker room description on the RakeAdvisory website. RakeAdvisory reserves the right to withhold any commissions generated by referrals that are identified as existing customers.
5.3. Should RakeAdvisory not at all, only in part or with delay receive payment by any operator/business partner, it shall not be liable or in any way bound to pay out referral commission/player bonus until payment has been properly received.
5.4. Users shall be responsible for updating their payment information in due time. They can update payment information from My Account -> Personal Details, by filling in their Neteller and/or Skrill account username (e-mail address). Should RakeAdvisory not be in possession of the User`s payment information within sixty (60) days after the end of the respective calendar month, in which the commission would have been earned, such commission and bonus payment shall be forfeited.
6. Tracking
