An unexpected closure of the famous Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) brand RedKings Poker has just been announced by their management. The decision has been already communicated to their affiliates and players and its effects will come into force by the end of April 2019. This is the official announcement made by Redkings, which has suddenly shocked the entire online poker community:
"After nearly 13 years of shuffling cards at the tables we regret to inform you that RedKings is shutting down its Poker and Betting products. RedKings will now continue to be fully operational as a Casino Room only.
Players will be able to continue to play poker and finish their existing bonuses until the 28th April, but with immediate effect new bonuses will no longer be issued and the monthly Chase and Point per Day promotions have also been discontinued for April.
All money still left in their Player poker balances after the 28th will stay in the account where they can continue to play casino games as Casino RedKings which will continue to be open for business with their same login info or withdraw funds at any time.
With regard to betting, players have been advised that all bets have to be settled by the 24th April."
