With sincere regrets, we announce you that we have just been informed on short notice that both GGPoker and ShenPoker – IDN Network deals have been closed. We want to inform all players who were playing on these two rooms (and we know there were many of you) to proceed with withdrawals.
While GGPoker had several issues with regards to payments, banned accounts and lack of transparency, on the other hand ShenPoker mentioned that it can no longer accept International players and affiliates due to local legislations changes. From now on, only Malaysian players will be allowed to join the IDN Network skin.
We are shocked of these Black Swan events we couldn’t predict and which bring both us and the players huge losses in terms of winnings and future expected earnings. However, there’s nothing we can do to change these events that have happened which do not depend on us. What we can do is to help players by offering alternative solutions to this problem.
First of all, we want to inform all players that all pending rakeback payments on these brands have been stopped by the rooms even though we wanted to continue offering these deals. Secondly, it is mandatory for them to start withdrawing their funds as their accounts will be frozen by the end of this week. They can still play for a couple of days until then. We will assist every player with their withdrawal requests until all funds are safely received.
For IDN poker players, we tried to search for an alternative deal but there is no available one. Currently, all skins from this network do not allow International players to further join the Asian reservation. ShenPoker has been the only safe skin we worked with so far on IDN, but it will no longer be available from now on.
